Avoid At All Costs

If only I had looked at the other reviews for this service then I would have never used them in the first place!! Lesson learnt. Please avoid this company at all costs. They will not deliver your order on time and then blame everyone else for their failure. I paid guaranteed delivery to ensure the costumes arrived for world book day but when I spoke to the post office they were very clear that the company had only used normal first class delivery. It is obviously impossible for me to know whether it is the post office or the company who were telling the truth but glancing though the myriad of terrible reviews for this company I know which one my money is on. Terrible customer service when I raised the complaint. There are numerous online fancy dress companies available please use them rather than these incompetents.

Stay Away From This Company!

Do NOT order from these people!!!!!!!!!!!

I've just had to endure 2 of the rudest people (including the most belligerent and sarcastic owner - what a joke)shout down the phone at me because THEY delivered my item late!

I have never in all my life been spoken to so poorly and I am so ashamed of them I have to warn you...PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!

You wont get your full refund as apparently there is a cap of £4.00 for a returned delivery (never got told that when I originally called about my item not arriving in time)

I emailed 3 times - not one single reply - and called a third time today.

They lied about not receiving the delivery when I have PROOF on Royal Mails tracked account that it arrived almost 3 weeks ago!

My delivery cost me 11.99 to send back and they wont refund me!

It's not just the money, its the people themselves.

First I had the woman shout " I WILL TELL YOU WHATS GOING TO HAPPEN LADY"...

Then I had the "OWNER" who wouldn't let me speak drill me as to why I didn't query the postage, why didn't I call them, why why why...

WHAT A DISTRGACE!

Worst Service Ever...computer Says No!

I rang up for a pirate outfit for my son and the lady I spoke to (who claimed she was the owner!) was the most unhelpful person you could possibly imagine. They basically didn't have any stock for pirate outfits and I asked what stock they did have and she said "check the website". So I went through the painful process of choosing outfit after outfit to be told "we don't have that...(repeatedly)" she went on to say "it's not my fault we're sold out". When I asked if she could recommend anyone she was offended saying "I could hardly recommend a competitor". I finally had enough of the appalling service and decided to give tell her some home truths likening her attitude to the COMPUTER SAYS NO character from Little Britain and then put the phone down. I will never reward a company for such an poor attitude.

It is unfortunate that most people will only write a review when they feel they have received a bad service. We send out hundreds of parcels every day so I do not feel that 14 bad reviews since 2011 is too bad. Unfortunately you cannot please everyone and if you feel that you received a bad service because I wouldn't recommend a competitor when I didn't even know which companies still had stock left during that busy period then that is your opinion and we'll just have to accept it.

I'm sorry but your comments are factually incorrect. I did not call after World Book Day (WBD) the costume was for WBD which we did get from a very helpful competitor. I also did not do an impression of 'computer says no' but likened your service to this. I am perfectly capable of searching the internet for alternative websites, but simply thought that a helpful company would recommend someone as many other businesses do. You miss the point that your attitude to helping customers is poor and you made me feel like an inconvenience. You may regard customers and inconvenient but the fact is you need them.

The internet also reveals that I am not alone in my view of the poor quality service offered by your business. On this site alone you have 14, 1 star ratings out of 15 ratings in total. The picture is similar on many other review sites for your business. I only wish I checked this before I called you. It would seem to me a sensible thing to start listening to the feedback from your customers and do something about it, surely we can't all be wrong...Good luck.

When you rang I confirmed that all our Pirate Costumes were unfortunately out of stock and that our stock levels are visible on the website. However you gave me each individual product code so I could double check for you and confirm that each one was indeed out of stock. I was unable to recommend a competitor to you but If you went onto Google and searched for fancy dress you would find many other companies to choose from. This is when you started mocking me with your "computer says no" impression which was both extremely rude and unnecessary. I can only apologise that all the costumes you enquired about were out of stock. You called just after World Book Day had finished and we had sold out of nearly everything!

Avoid Poor Quality And Service

I ordered a halloween morph suit paid for next day delivery it arrived on time but was of poor quality stitching not very good . I tried it on and it didn't fit .my other morphsuit I had purchased from the morphsuit site was top quality..sent it back was refused a refund because they said the feet were filthy i had been nowhere in it i had tried it on.so i requested that the suit b sent back to me. on arrival I inspected the feet .they were indeed dirty but with old stains like it had been washed .ive come to the conclusion that they had already sold this morphsuit it had been worn sent back and they resold it to me .I also think that it is not an original morphsuit because the material and stitching is really poor quality I would tell everyone not to use this site unless you am prepared to loose money. I wished I would have read the reviews first lesson learned

Worst Customer Service Ever, And Attitude To Match.

It is with a heavy heart that I have to write such a poor review, but feel that the level of service we received and the complete and utter lack of any customer service Warranted other potential customers to know what they are potentially letting themselves in for. We ordered three outfits from this company and paid for a next day service, costing in the region of £65.00. In their defence we did receive the goods the next day, but that is just about the end of the good news. all three outfits were unsuitable for a variety of reasons, so we decided to return them the same day at our own experience (£10.50 by registered post). A number of days later we received an email advising that they would credit us £ 34.94 with no explanation as the difference in price., after we questioned this we were advised that one outfit was marked and therefore they would credit anything for it. We pointed out to them that this outfit had being tried on for a maximum of 20 seconds and that there is no way it could have been marked by us., and they just simply said it is marked so no refund. The attitude of the manager was appalling, and has left us insulted and upset. I would avoid using this company at all costs., or be faced in my opinion with experiencing the poorest customer service possible. You have been warned :)

I ordered a costume for my son, The size on the website was 11-12(Large)

I paid £9.95 to guarantee next day delivery. When it arrived the invoice said 11-12, the packaging said 8-10.

I called them and spoke to an very unhelpful member of staff who stated that in their opinion the costume would fit an 11 year old. IT DIDN'T!!

They then said I could return it, at my own expense, and they would refund the cost of the costume but not the postage.

Incidently my return postage cost (next day delivery) Royal Mail was £4.95 .

I am now £15 out of pocket . Avoid this company at all costs.

Absolute Rubbish!

Faulty product and rude staff. Do not use this company!! I bought a Belle princess dress for my daughter for her Hen Party. When it arrived, 3 seams had come completely undone so the dress was not fit for purpose. When I rang the company, the staff were incredibly rude; they did not apologise - it was as if they were expecting me to call and complain.

I would definitely NOT recommend this company. Shoddy product, shoddy staff.

I would not order again from this company, as it is World Book Day i wanted a costume for my little girl she wanted a costume from this company. We paid for next day delivery.

Unfortunately the item didn't arrive, it was stated that it was the wrong postal address, when we looked into this further the customer service team we spoke to were very unhelpful and very rude to us, and laid the blame on us.

So if you are wanting a reliable friendly service, do not go to this site i will not be using them again.

Ordered two costumes for my kids for world book day on the 25th feb14 and recieved them the 26thfeb 14by 9:30 am excellent quslity and very swift delievery thankyou x:-D
