Ordered Around 5th Feb, Cancelled Order Around 9th
Ordered around 5th Feb, cancelled order around 9th as out of stock. Was eventually emailed cancellation confirmation and told refund would be made. Countless calls (when number was on site) and emails and still no refund. Now number has been removed and email inbox full. They owe me 60.00 and I am not happy. Off to the credit card for a chargeback claim.

Don't Waste Your Time With This Business!
I certainly wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. I ordered my product on the 8th of jan for my Godson's birthday. 4 weeks later I thought it strange that my friend hadn't mentioned the present ( it was suppose to be sent directly to her house) I phoned and she said she hadn't received anything. I check back on the website to find it was order processing. I emailed and they said they sent an email saying it was out of stock. This being a lie as I check my emails daily due to work (spam included). I'd also like to state that it said the product was in stock when I bought it. If I had known it wasn't, I would have gone else where. They offered a refund, which I agreed. It's now the 20th march and I've received no refund and they've ignored countless emails. There isn't a number to ring either. I've sent another email today and it has just bounced back saying it doesn't exist anymore! Clearly something dodgy going on. Please don't buy anything from this shop.

Company Was Unknown To Me But Order Arrived All Fine
I ordered a large Lego set from them, and then was a bit concerned when their telephone number disappeared from their website (I normally only order from websites that have a landline and physical address). I was also concerned that their website infrastructure was similar to another website in the same retail area, which had lots of bad reviews. So I emailed their customer services to check when delivery would be, and they emailed back within two hours to give me timescales. Then exactly as they said I received an ‘item despatched’ email and then the parcel arrived by courier all fine on 25th February 2013, which was six working days after I made the order. So I would recommend them.
