Helpful staff helped to load it into the car. Kept it at the store until I felt comfortable collecting after 30 weeks.

I ordered a pram from this store online saying my pram would be delivered in three to five days. The store took my money to days after the online purchase. It did not arrive after a week I called the shop and asked if they could update me as to where my pram was. They told me it would be with me by the end of the week. Monday arrived and still nothing I call again and get told a store manager would call me. A week and nothing! I phone once again politely ask where my pram was and told they was having trouble dispatching my product. 4 weeks later I still have no pram and no idea where it is. Supposedly was in stock when I ordered it. I could have ordered from china/ Australia quicker! The customer service was shocking rude and abrupt put the phone down on me. Even seemed like they left it off the hook so I couldnt phone. I still had no pram 6 weeks later and my money was taken.

Never use this company I have never seen something so shabbily run, staff so rude!

We went into mini kids having no clue on what pram to get for our first baby. The advisor was really helpful, he asked if we had any style in mind and what our budget was. We liked the iCandy but it was over our budget. He suggested the Uppa baby Vista as they were similar. We fell in love with the pram. He gave us a full demo and it was the first pram we managed to work with ease. We have since been on the phone and in store for advice on other products and he has been really helpful. We've since bought a pocket sprung mattress and a two way maxi cosi base. Would recommend mini kids to anyone! Great reliable, personal friendly service.

Where do I start, first of all I was sold a oyster travel system and was over the moon with joy because we got an amazing price which topped any other place(to be later informed they do not sell this item) stupidly I put a £50 deposit on this travel system in good faith as I was informed it would be on the shop floor at a later date. But was this the case? NO. Firstly I thought it was strange that I could not bring the date forward as everyone else had it in stock, baby was born yet I had no pram in time so told the guy to forget it and would pop back for deposit, at this time in my life with having a new born beautiful daughter I was to stressed to go into the shop for my deposit back. Its safe to say my husband was slightly annoyed to go in the shop and see that mans face. They still have our deposit to this day. Would not recommend to anybody. I wasn't aware that shops could be like this and "sell things through the back door". Make sure this ridiculous shop actually stocks an item you are looking for as it ALL A CON!!!!

once again we have used minikids.This time buying the Recaro Monza Is car seat,1st class customer service by this family run business,the staff knowledge is priceless,when buying baby goods,they were even a bit cheaper than the shops online,the shop is close to Warrington town centre with parking outside and very easy to find

From start to finish dealing with Minikids was a pleasure. Excellent customer service, items delivered on time and nothing was too much trouble. It was so refreshing to get great personal service with the value of internet prices. We have no hesitation in recommending Minikids.

Trying to track down an iCandy pram/pushchair set at a good price is difficult, and it was quite clear that UK stock was kept in short supply. We also wanted to use a recommended iCandy supplier due to the fake import market that exists for premium brand baby travel systems.

We settled on Minikids for our order, despite no stock at the time of ordering anywhere in the NW, and only a couple months left before our due date.

Minikids came up trumps and got us the important items quickly, and delivered the other items (for free!) when they were received from iCandy. Couldn't ask for a better personal service, and all staff were very pleasant to deal with.

Would recommend to anyone.

I bought a pushchair and car seat from mini kids for my daughter the assistant was very helpful and friendly I went back to minikids with a small problem on my pushchair not long after buying the pushchair and the after service was excellent and was very happy to help. Would recommend .

After much deliberation we decided on the new I candy peach 2 stroller pram in silver mint for our new arrival.

After doing some online research I was a tad concerned about getting my pram on time as I had heard the waiting lists for this particular pram were fairly long!

After a recommendation from a friend I went into mini kids and explained to them which pram I was after and my concerns about potential waiting times etc.

I was given a full demonstration of the pram (they had impeccable product knowledge) and I made the decision this was definitely the pram I wanted. (Can I also add, unlike some pram stores there was no 'hard sell' and I was not put under any pressure to buy it)

I was assured my pram would come in plenty of time and given a set timescale for the additional items such as the foot cover and parasol.

As promised my expectations were met completely and I was kept fully informed my the store on the progress of my order (which arrived well in time for our new arrival)

I have since retuned to mini kids to also purchase one of their fabulous yummy mummy changing bags.

I have recommended this store to family and friends and would not hesitate to shop here again!

Great service, didnt have the exact pram and colour we wanted but ordered it in and was here within amatter of days. Mrs then wanted fleeces and extras and Minikids sorted it all straight away. Couldnt be more pleased. Nice spacious showroom as well with a full floor for furniture of every size and shape.
