Item Never Arrived And Unable To Contact Them/get A Refund
Terrible. Item never arrived. I contacted them and they told me they were currently out of stock but would send me the item in 3-4 weeks. Never received and now unable to contact them, website is down, no working phone line and not answering emails. Have launched a dispute with Paypal but fear it may be too late because of the timespan.
Do not use this company!! (that is if they still exist)
Closed For Business - Do Not Touch Them!
We ordered our pushchair and car seat from them in July but have not been able to get hold of them now for over a week. On investigation and contacting the distributor of our pushchair we were told they have closed down. They have not bothered to contact customers and there seems to be no way of speaking to anyone there. We had received great customer service (or so it seemed) when in store but clearly the owners do not subscribe to the same approach and have now left us in the lurch, having taken our money and leaving us with no pushchair or car seat just weeks before our first baby is due. They are responsible for causing stress and financial difficulties at a time when all we wanted was to be excited about the arrival of our baby.

Very Difficult To Get Hold Of
I'm not sure if anyone has been having problems with them but I ordered a product on 16/7/12 and still have not received it. My credit card has been charged and I cant seem to contact them. For over a week I have been trying to call them on their number from their website but it goes straight to voicemail, email them via their website and have heard anything back. Can't find any news if the has ceased trading as their website is still active. In the end I have contacted my credit card company to cancel the transaction which I have to wait until next week to confirm the cancellation.
Hi, I am a customer of theirs too and we have had the same problem, the story that they are telling their suppliers is that they have closed the shop and are being taken over but they also told suppliers they have contacted all their customers to arrange refunds which they certainly have not - I have heard nothing from them so am currently trying to claim the money back through my bank. Under no circumstances buy from this company if they reopen - they have already been through this and reopened under a different name before and look like they are about to do the same again - I have run a financial report on the company and they are in debt to the tune of £1m and owe theirs suppliers thousands so the orders will not likley be fulfilled by the looks of things. The behaviour of the owners of this business in letting this happen and leaving customers hanging on with no idea of whats happening is disgusting.

I placed my order at 07:30. By 09:24 I had my order confirmation and was told my order was waiting for collection. By 10:41 I had my tracking details. Wow. Quick work guys! Thank you to Kim also, who helped sort out a pricing issue for me! Why cant everyone work as quickly and efficiently as this?

I've shopped with House of Baby both in store and online.
When we visited the store all the staff were really friendly and helpful (my husband found the sofa comfy to escape to while I shopped!)
My most recent purchase was a pink lining changing bag, I ordered it at 3.45pm and it arrived at 9am the next morning. Super fast delivery, I was extremely impressed!
Would definitely recommend, its a much nicer way to shop than some of the big chain stores.

Cannot be more impressed by House of Baby!
The bloom Nano we ordered was delivered amazingly speedily (less than 48 hours after I ordered it online) & within the specified hour time slot. Anyone thinking of ordering a nano (or anything!), order from House of Baby, they are a) the cheapest and offer a FURTHER discount via facebook! b) the most reliable and c) actually have stock so you don't have to wait till nearly July to get it (unlike John Lewis & Kiddicare)!!! Also super friendly customer service +++++ Thanks Liz for checking the stock there and then over the phone to make absolutely sure they physically had the nano in stock! Brilliant stuff House of Baby! X

Just wanted to let new Likers know I've just recently brought a Bugaboo Cameleon for my soon to be Baby... An I recieved a Fantastic Service from House of Baby... Icandy Strawberry From House Of Baby
I have been waiting for aaaages for the iCandy Strawberry to arrive in shops and after much internet research I found House of Baby to offer the best service and advise. Their website was fantastic to navigate round and contained all the key information I needed. I rang their customer service line and spoke to Liz who gave me loads of helpful advise and was very patient with me as I asked a lot of questions.
Finally the day arrived for me to hop down to House of Baby this weekend to buy my Strawberry and it was all there and waiting for me. I also picked up some lovely accessories from them too. Their showroom is huge and has so much stuff on show, I can't wait to buy my Mamas and Papas furniture from them now
