Ordered a driver seat for a Vauxhall Corsa, they lost the first one, 10 days later another arrived in only marginally better condition than the one it was replacing. The outside bolster was completely mashed, phoned them they asked for a photo so they could replace it. A month later I phoned them for the second time today and have had nothing but excuses. My advice would be, stay well clear of these incompetent, amateurish firm and go find another.

Over a month ago we ordered a water pump for a corsa , paid the money and have not heard another thing, no response to emails, no phone calls just a blank.will make a visit to the address,Best advice stay well away

Delivery not received, not responding to emails, tried to overcharge excessively on small part.

No answer to emails. Do not answer the phone or return calls.

Website is extremely misleading - items described as Vauxhall part but if you read the terms and conditions on the website it says part numbers with an N at the end are not Vauxhall - as far as I can see this is most parts. I ordered a genuine Vauxhall product and received BGA.

When returning items to the address on the invoice, delivery drivers cannot find this place.

Item was cancelled prior to dispatch but they sent it anyway.

Cannot return as address is very difficult to find.

Left calling card for them but they didn't pick up the parcel from the depot.

Why bother when so many alternatives? Why take the risk? What a way to run a business. I have never had any problems with any other companies before.

Paid extra for 'courier' delivery, but item still took 2 weeks to arrive!

Found this site on google, looks professional, tells me it has what I need for customers car, at a reasonable price, offers 1st class post delivery, you pay on the spot, then nothing, does not answer phone does not answer emails, cancelled purchase via paypal, and started proceedings to recover funds, this may or may not be available to you via credit/debit cards,be warned!

Why do people like this continue to exist on the internet? why is there no-one to complain to? with luck the police will become involved and close this obviously suspicious site! quite probably a one man band with zero stock operating from a lockup, does arther daily know he has competition?

Ordered, no goods recieved, never respond to emails, had to get a refund from paypal. Do not use this company. Will be informing the police as traders like this need stopping.

3 weeks no part or response! Refund i fear is unlikely... avoid them and save your money

Have used Vauxhall Cap Parts twice (4+ years apart) for wiper blades. They provided a great service, delivery two days after ordering. There items are good value and come with easy to understand instructions. All in all, based on my experiences, I definitely recommend them.

Ordered item from Vauxhall Car Parts (aka PARTZ STOCK MANAGEMENT LIMITED) and paid using PayPal. Having paid for 1st class postage, I expected delivery within 2 business days as the the web site states that dispatch is on same day as order is made.

After 4 days, as I had not received the goods I emailed Vauxhall Car Parts directly inquiring as to the status of the order and requesting information as to when I could expect delivery.After a further 2 days, I still did not hear anything so contacted Vauxhall Car Parts via the PayPal Resolution Centre. I subsequently raised a claim again via the PayPal Resolution Centre as again no response was received. My claim was upheld by PayPal and I received a full refund. No contact from Vauxhall Car Parts at any time during the proceedings.

At no point did Vauxhall Car Parts bother responding to any of my inquiries. It was good fortune that I used Paypal to make payment as if I had used a debit/credit card I am of the opinion that I would not have received a refund at all. It appears that they are happy to take your money and have no intention of honouring the order.

ordered a part based on the "we usually ship within 24hours" dispatch time as I needed a part urgently. even paid extra to make sure I got the part in time, that is a complete Joke i'm still waiting and have had to order the part elsewhere which now leaves me having to fork out for a retest and also waiting for either the part to turn up so I can send it back or awaiting a refund as to which I have e-mailed the company to which they never respond as you cannot get through on the phone. as the advert says they have over 40 years experience I now find that hard to believe. you would be better off walking over a 1000 miles on crutches to the manufacturer of the parts you require and you would still get them quicker. website info should be changed to "we usually ship goods within 24 YEARS" & "don't bother trying to contact us as we won't respond"
