Appaling Treatment.

I have used this company in the past and they were very good, service then went downhill and no real explanation was given. I had purchased some items which turned out to be the wrong parts for my car and I was just ignored. From the other comments and reviews I have read I am guessing they are no longer trading, what a way to treat customers though, totally unnecessary, very disappointing.

Never Again!

Placed an order for an Acropovic exhaust for my bike which they were happy to tell me would arrive in a few weeks.

After trying to contact them for six months with no joy, and later after speaking to the UK's Acropovic importer( who told me the product I ordered was dis-continued) I have decided to take legal action against the company!

A complete rip-off, if your wise then you will order from someone else!

Service Has Gone Way Downhill! !!!

Ordered from these guys in 2012 and they couldn't have been any better. They replied to emails and had a phone number that was standard rate. This year i recommended my dad order some parts from them. What a mistake! 84 days since the order and i have had no emails of update, they now have a premium rate number that keeps telling you your call is important and you are caller #1. 2 hours later and still no answer. Tried a few times but noone answers the phone or replies to any emails.

Totally avoid the hassle.

I wish i'd have seen some of these reviews prior to ordering.

I too ordered from you this year and after a number of weeks had no response, in fact you hadn't even taken the money! I had to change bank cards in case payment was taken at a later date and cancelled the order. I'm afraid for me, i'll never use you guys again, a few years ago I had no problems but these days, if you order something you'll get it within 48 hours , the fact that your website is still active and taking orders for items is just plain wrong, if you've got issues, close the online ordering system down, TALK to people on the phone, communication is key. I accept people get ill, it happens, but there are still things that can be done to prevent disgruntled customers, i fear your reputation has most likely been damaged severely and will take years to get back.

Hi its Colin the MD of MSW here. I am so sorry you have had problems. MSW has always been well known for service, amongst the public and the industry. That why we were customer of the year 3 times with Tarox and worldwide customer of the year with Spax. I have been pretty ill the last year and took my eye off the business, leaving it in other people's hands. But when I got out of hospital I found things were in a mess so am now working on my own in my business trying to get everything on its feet again. I shall be putting a note on the home page once I'm up and running again offering the excellent service of old.. And btw you will see that the reviews from a while ago at the bottom of the page are great and then suddenly they are are bad - that's when i had a staff change......I don't intend to ever take my eye of things ever again - the business was doing well, i was only really part time, off working on my rally car but I wont let that happen again. Again, sorry for the hassle you experienced doing this order - It is my MSW policy that service is paramount and always encourage staff to priorities on problems.It will happen again soon

The worst experience I have ever had dealing with any company!!

Purchased a Janspeed manifold, got a confirmation email and nothing more. No item ever arrived. They never answer the phone or reply to emails.

Shocking treatment. Do not order from this company!

Dissapointing. Downhill Throughout The Year

I have bought from this company on a number of occasions. First was earlier in the year, and they delivered what i ordered, which encouraged me to spend again.

I purchased some discs and HT leads mid year, and their service started to go downhill. I had not received my order for a number of weeks, i wasn't contacted to confirm delivery date as they promised they do. The items finally turned up after several weeks of trying to contact them, but not being able to get through.

Finally, I recently ordered some subframes for my new seats. The order was pending for about a week (with no money being taken). Their was no correspondence, no email, no nothing. When i tried to call the company, i was greeted with the message "sorry, we are not taking phone calls at the moment"

I am disappointed with their level of customer service, which frankly, is non existence. It sounded like this company was the on to shop with years ago, but not anymore.

Warning To Everyone!!!

After ordering some new springs and shock absorbers from motorsportworld.co.uk i didnt hear anything from them for 2 weeks, just 1 email with a lousy ref number. I thought i'd give them a ring to find out if my order was placed, this was the moment i found out that their phone line is a complete joke!!! I was repeatedly told on the line that i was next in line for a representative to answer my call however after 2 hours the line went dead. It was the same again when i called back, same again the next day and same again the days after that. Basically their customer service phone line is anything but that, its just a line that rings for 2 hours then gets cut off!!! So i tried to communicate with email, after sending about 20 emails to two different emails provided i dis not get a single reply back!!! So, off i went to my bank and reported this company for fraud and ordered a new card!!! Thanks for nothing motorsport world, your company is bogus, unproffessional and an absolute joke!!!

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM YOU WILL BE VERY VERY SORRY!!!

Not Worth The Pain

This company once had a good name - No Longer!

I have used them in the past but will certainly not use again.

The order was accepted nearly 3 weeks ago - but no delivery ETA arrived.

Communication cannot be achieved via email or phone.

I cancelled the order but cannot get confirmation and order is still live on the website.

I will have to go through C/C company to ensure no payment is taken.

save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere!

Appalling Service

I ordered some koni shocks 4 weeks ago and was told 3 weeks del, I e-mailed 5 times and spent nearly two hours on the phone to find out ETA ?

But had no response whatsoever,there customer service is appalling, do not use please.

Do Not Use!

Ordered a suspension kit for my car, called next day, checked part was correct and informed me delivery would be 3 weeks and took payment.

Three weeks later, no items. Called over and over again, on hold for over three hours, never get through. Emailed many many times, again-IGNORED!

This company should be ashamed of itself, and remove all the positive feedback and other customer service BS from their site. Use at your peril.
