Beware
I wish I had looked online before ordering. Used 24/7 Spares and came across these schemers. They were quick to take my money but never delivered the item. Each time I called there was a new excuse and I was promised it would be out that day. To date I have never received my items. Please avoid this company, no matter how helpful they seem as you will subject to their scheme too.
Very Poor Buisness
To start with they can't be more helpful to get you what your looking for, but when your door turns up after the staff assure you on the phone it's in good used condition and its got a crease in it from crash damage and on top of that a door of the wrong model of viehicle they then turn into the most unhelpful people I've ever delt with and not interested in resolving the matter in any way. BE WARE OF THIS COMPANY! It's the first and last time I'll ever use then.

I wish I had read the reviews before ordering from them!
I have ordered a part from them a month ago, and guess what? It's never been delivered. I've phoned them up about 16 times. Every time I heard that it would be definitely delivered on Tuesday, Friday, and so on. I phoned them up asking what's going on, she says she needs to check it out and would phone me back in 20 minutes. They never do. I phone them up myself, she gives me another deadline in few days time. I've had enough of this, wasting my time waiting for a courier which never turns up! Taking legal action now.
What makes me sad is that some of the reviews are 3 years old, and the company still operates and steals people's money!
I wonder if anyone managed to get a full refund from them. Please write about it.

** AVOID THIS COMPANY OR YOU WILL BE OUT OF POCKET OR MIS SOLD GOODS **
Please contact me if you require the full chat between myself and this garage!!
Read below. I asked for a 70 amp alternator. They advised that they have them in stock. When the goods arrived they were wrong!! I sent NCS Peugeot & Citroen but was told everything to get me to keep it. They have now ignored my request for a fix on this so I advised bad feedback will be left. Avoid this company to save yourself an headache.

Got a bit angry told them what I felt and what I would do if they didn't sort it. Part arrived today, Tuesday morning. Hopefully it will be the right part. Still not happy with service I received. Will be passing Blackburn real soon!!!!!!!!!!

On The 9th Of May I Had The Misfortune Of Agreeing
On the 9th of May I had the misfortune of agreeing to purchase a rear axle for my wife’s Peugeot 206 SW Estate from the above company, from an ad they placed on Gumtree (below):
Lee Leon Carins unabloe to supply advertised goods.
Lee (or Leon) Carins is unable to supply advertised goods.
The lady who answers the phone tries to be helpful but I suspect the owner of the business is operating insolvently due the numerous broken promises / excuses and downright lies I have been told.
Against my better judgement I paid £160 including a £20 surcharge for my old unit – by bank transfer.
My bank paid the transfer on the 12th of May and between the 9th and the 12th, she phoned me to find out where the money was, three times. The premise being that she was concerned whether I had paid into the wrong account. With hindsight, this may be the case or might have been them scrabbling for cash.
The only reason that I ordered the axle from PEUGEOT CITROEN SPARES LIMITED was because they had a ‘good, used unit in stock’ and a reconditioned one would take two weeks.
I was promised delivery to the garage who was due to fit the axle direct and after many broken promises regarding delivery dates, on Tuesday, the 27th of May, Leon Cairns phoned me to say that the axle had been sent to the wrong postcode, despite being unable to produce a despatch note, and (they) are not there to pi55 off their customers (although it is the ONE THING they are very good at).
Further broken promises that the axle would be with me on ‘Wednesday or Thursday’ at the latest. He commented on how hard it is to get ‘estate’ axles – despite being told they had one in stock over two weeks prior. I understand this is ‘obtaining money by deception’ and ‘falsely advertising goods’ and I have been advised to lodge a complaint at http://www.actionfraud.police.uk/ to report this as a fraudulent transaction. In addition to the above, Peugeot Citroen Spares Limited are in direct violation of the The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. This is something I will have to take up with Blackburn Trading Standards at 3-5 Salford, Blackburn, Lancashire BB1 6HG Tel. 01254 585904
I replied that as I am not an unfair man, he had till Friday the 30th – then if no delivery was made, I would want an immediate refund.
Friday came and went and my mechanic asked me if they were mining the Ore for the metal to make an axle.
Anyway, back on the phone to the advisor, who had to get authority from whoever wasn’t in the office that day.
Well, enough. I demanded a refund, emailed my bank details to her and she promised that she would process the refund straight away; although it might take 48 hours to be credited in my account.
Over 120 hours later, still no refund.
Here is the reply to the email I sent them this morning:
So here is my experience of Peugeot Citroen Spares Limited and Lee or Leon Cairns.
I am now left with no option but to report this fraud to the Police, Trading Standards and Companies House and await their investigations.
A shocking way to treat customers and not a company to trust. If you have been a victim of this company, please contact me below and I will pass your complaint along with mine.
UPDATE:
This blog has now been submitted to Google, Yahoo & Bing and I will also post this catalogue of ineptitude on EVERY review site I can find.
I have received a £60 refund – ‘to prove we’re not scammers’. Still a week later, the balance as promised has not been received. I have now filed a report to action fraud under CRN: NFRC140600666727 I suggest you do the same.

Don't Be Put Off By The Vicious Reviews
I don't normally write reviews of suppliers. I just can't be bothered. However, I feel I must report my good experience of Peugeot Citroen Spares. I needed a 206 rear axle with drum brakes and ABS and couldn't find one near where I lived in Worcestershire. I contacted PCS and they were very helpful, had one in stock and asked me to send the money by bank transfer. I was going to do so but was put off by the bad reviews and decided to try to find the part nearer home. PCS despatched the part before they had had my money and rang up to tell me to pay once it had arrived and my mechanic was happy it would do the job. You couldn't ask anyone to be fairer than that. The part arrived in good condition and the car is now back on the road.
Well done, Peugeot Citroen Spares! I'll use you again next time I need anything for the car.

Totally Unaccepable Service - Don't Bother With Them
We ordered a part on 24/1/14 for a car which we had sold. The part still had not arrived 10 days later by 3/2/14 so we rang up and explained that we no longer needed the part as the custoner had taken the car from us and we had deducted a little off the price for the missing part, and to cancel the order.
They apologised and assured us a credit would be done to our card that day but to our amazement the part arrived on 7/2/14 just 2 weeks after initially being ordered. We rang again and said we had cancelled the order and was told by the lady it would be sorted.
However, it now transpires that we have to send the parcel back to them at our own cost and they will refund only the cost of the part.
This is ridiculous and should not be allowed. Customer service is dreadful, all the office staff are rude and blatantly dispute anything you say to them and all future customers should be aware of this, and steer well clear of this company.
Breakerlink should strike them off.
