Not Satisfied At All
This afternoon at 14:52 4/4/2018, I called to customer service at 800-228-1530. A man answered my call (he didn’t tell me his name, didn’t say any greetings or formal sentence of a customer service always do like “how can I help you to day .... Ma’am?”
I told him the reason I called & asked him if he could check the reason why my order was canceled. He said something about fraud. I was trying to ask him about the reason because I used my credit card at Chase bank. It could not be fraud.
I also asked if he could help me to place order on the phone. But the only word he repeated again & again was No, Yes, No, No ... It made the conversation like I was talking with an automatic answering machine.
I don’t think it’s right for him to be in that position as a customer service.
