Do Not Do Business With These People

I ordered 8 fuel injectors. Only recieved 4 and a set of brake pads. I have been on the phone with customer service 10 times in 2 weeks trying to get my money back or correct parts. Customer service is a call center in India or somewhere. There is no competence or customer service what so ever. I would like to find the owner, manager or whoever is in charge and beat there ass. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR MONEY

I'm sure there are good parts on this site but the employees are really not qualified, I bought a 2008 civic intake tube and the one I received (after 3 weeks) is an intake tube for old civic, why the information is not updated, it's not complicated!! I NEVER will order on this site (translate by google)

Worst Customer Service Experience Of My Life

The item I ordered had an incorrect description and photo on their website. I could have overlooked this as mistakes do happen, however when I contacted their customer service the rep just kept repeating over and over "the part you ordered is...etc." I started thinking I wasn't even talking to a real person. I then emailed the company to see if that might help and the response I received stated it was my fault I ordered the wrong part and the person writing it had the nerve to insult my grammar. I will never deal with this company again. For anyone who thinks the prices are too good to pass up, I found all the parts I needed on ebay for less if you factor in the shipping which is ridiculously high. Just don't do it to yourself.

Damaged Parts

I have ordered from Carstuff.com several times without any problems and their prices are usually better than other retailers. However as soon as you have a problem it can be very challengening to get a response from them. I received a grill from them that was damaged during shipping. I called them and it took a while on the phone, but they got me set up to return the merchandise. When I didn't see a credit on my card I called again and they said since the merchdise was damaged they hadn't credited my account. It was like a new call all over again. I was on the phone for almost a half hour while I went through the whole explanation of why I returned the merchandise. You hear them typing, but not sure what hey are typing. Still waiting to hear from them.

Horrible Experience!

I don't know how this company has such a high rating on Google reviews. Anyway, like everyone else here, I have seen car-stuff for the crooks they are. I recently placed an order with them. I got the bait and switch parts. Not of the same style nor quality represented on the website.

They also charged me $35 for shipping when the actual cost was something closer to $15. That is, when they bother to get around to shipping. Be prepared to wait a while for them to ship after you place an order.

Their website forces you create an account with them -- instead of offering guest checkout. After your create an account, be prepared to receive a ton of SPAM from them. I will never do business with car-stuff.com again!

Incorrect Parts Description On Website And Horrible C.s Reps

The little stuff that doesn't matter went well, shipping and delivery was as expected. However when it came to the parts that were critical to the function of my '02 Mini Cooper the whole system kinda fell apart. The Radiator cooling fan as listed in the parts catalog was for the wrong year Mini and it took me 3 phone calls to get them to identify that they had an error on their website. They sent me a bad link for the RMA and return label so I had to pay for the return for THEIR error. I shoulda learned with that, because about 5 months later when the clutch started failing I did it again. I ordered a replacement clutch kit for my '02 Mini and what they sent me wasn't even close to the right part. First they sent it to the wrong address. Then I found out, after the shop had my engine out that the transmission input shaft was about half the diameter size of the clutch splined hole. When I called the customer support line I was stuck with a person that had no idea what a clutch was for and was trying her best to shift the blame to me for ordering the wrong part. I tried several more times to find where on their website it showed that I had the wrong part. The most info it showed was the part was for "2002 Mini Cooper, base model with 1.6L engine." I had to talk to a supervisor to get the RMA for their part, then they charged me a restocking fee. These guys are a HUGE Rip-off!!

Do Not Buy From This Company

Purchased a driver side mirror replacement and a rear wiper blade, and found it strange that there was no confirmation sent to my email. Later I tried to check the order on their website, but to no avail because the sit constantly loops you back into the screen where you must enter your order number and email. Having no record of this purchase at all, I called the company directly and spoke to Debbie who said that they could not find any of my information (I noticed one other review mentioned this), so I gave my info and asked specifically when an online record of this purchase would be available and she said to check in a few hours, but as expected this yielded the same unsuccessful results when I checked back.

Finally called and spoke to someone named Percy and insisted I cancel the order along with a cancellation number. He said "...but I see your order." to which I responded "That's great Percy, but if I can't see any online record or if you can't provide any proof of purchase, I would prefer not to do business with your company."

Company Lacks Integrity

I ordered bed rail caps for my 78" truck bed. Several weeks later 96" rails arrive. I wrote the company and waited for over a week without response. I wrote the company again, and again I waited more than a week and the company did not respond.A thrid time I wrote the company and recieved no reply At this point I'd given up receiving a response, so I cut the rails to fit my truck. finally, I was contacted by the company. they were very apologetic about the mis shipment and sent me another set of rails. They told me to keep the originals since they had been cut anyway.

When I received the replacement rails they were the exact same 96" rails I had received the first time. ... So, I wrote the company. A week later they responded with RMA information. Their packing restrictions were stringent, but I complied. I was told that they would not replace the order becasue of the previous history, but would refund my purchase price.

At this point, I was fine with almost any positive response.

RMA was shipped back on Aug 29. I called the company today (Sept 22) and was told that they were not going to provide my refund.

I am not asking for something for nothing here. I ordered a part and paid for the part in good faith. This company did not deliver what was purchased and ultimately refused to stand behind its promises.

This company lacks integrity. I will not buy from them again and would suggest that you avoid them as well.

Ordered wheel bearing for G35 Infiniti on 8-09-11.I gave it a week no part. I went on the online chats,what a Joke.I waited for an email which I was told I'd receive in 24 -48 hours (three times).After two weeks (my 2nd call) I just requested a refund.Which I was told that I'd have to wait 2-7 business days after the refund was approved by their company.I've ordered 2 parts 8-13 and 8-19 both parts are on the cars and the cars we're done by 8-24-11.I would never recommend this company

Very Dissatisfied With Delivery Time And Whole Process

I placed my order on Sunday 6/5/11 thinking I would get my parts by the following weekend. Hah, what a joke. First off I sent feedback about the site because I had some issues and I wanted to let them know so they could fix the problem but I get a response saying they don't have my Name, Billing Address, Preferred Shipping Address or Contact Number. Well this should have been a huge red flag to me but I sent the information because I wanted my parts by the following weekend.

6/8/11 – Receive email saying my payment has be approved. What? It doesn't take 3 days for this process.

6/8/11 – Receive email with tracking number.
