Horrible Pictures, Worse Service: Avoid Like Plague
Order pictures. Arrived in very poor quality. Customer service tried to dodge request for refund for a very long time, not responding to questions etc. Their strategy is to tire you without refunding and reprinting. Very reprehensible business.
Huge waste of time, wish I had read the reviews on them before ordering.
Website is nice - but this nicety is misleading.

Awful Customer Service And Average To Poor Printing Quality
I did receive the prints out of time, they delivered to wrong address. These were needed for special event, and in order to speed up delivery I offered paying next-day delivery myself. They did not take it, and at the end we got prints when not needed any more. Quality was medium to poor.
I asked for refund, and they advised to tear into peaces the photos and send an e-mail with a picture of broken photos too get refund. I strongly recommend to explore other printing options.

Timescales Are Clearly Misleading
I used Foto.com about three years ago and was very impressed. Recently ordered a number of A4 size prints to use at an exhibition. Placed the order four weeks in advance. Their information states orders will be processed in 2-3 days and take 2-5 days to ship. After seven days the tracking service showed that the order had not been processed. Contacted the help desk, the response in poor english was that they were in an overloaded period and I should be patient. The could not give an estimated time of completion. Surely they must know their capacity and how long it will take to clear outstanding orders
The prints were processed 22 days after receipt and arrived too late to use. Responses from helped suggest that they are not responsible for anything. Delay in processing caused by ' being in overload period' while delays in shipping down to postal service.
They even emailed me a voucher offering a third off my next order if placed within a short period to compensate for delay. Why try and attract more work when you can't handle the current workload?
The website gives an address in Hull but the prints were shipped from Belgium, so it seems they are no longer processing in UK.
The quality is not particularly good, prints all being slightly darker than the originals

After having to wait for over 3 weeks(!) for my order to arrive, quality was not as expected. I asked for refund, but there is apparently no way of getting anything other than standard, completely useless responses from their customer support. Horrible experience...

Terrible Support And Delivery Not Shipped After 26 Days.
Warning!!! THEY HAVE NO TELEPHONE!!!
I am waiting already 26 days for my order and all I get when I contact email support is a standard appology that there was a technical problem and delivery is postponed by 3-7 days.
I ordered several things and a part is ready, but they refuse to send the part which is already finished. Actually I have asked support this about 5 times, but all I get is 5 times the same appologies returned and not offered a solution.
This is really crazy. No personal communication at all, only standard sentences....
Same here. Had to wait for more than 3 weeks, after which quality was just bad. After that I have been trying to get some useful response from support, but that has been failing miserably. I keep on receiving the same standard answers. Foto.com used to be ok, but apparently no longer, not by far...

When Receiving My Prints (took Way Longer Then Sta
When receiving my prints (took way longer then stated) the quality was terrible. To get a reprint they first demand scans. Then proof that you have destroyed the once you got. I tore up a big pile, but they were still not happy. They need proof of destruction on ALL pictures. After this was sent in they simply stopped replying. Been 14 days and numerous emails to both representative handling the case, and their customer center. NO REPLY. NO REPLACEMENT PRINTS. NO REFUND!

3 Weeks And Still Waiting!!!!
Ordered photo's 3 weeks ago and was told on day 11 that they were ready and had been shipped. Still waiting for them now 21 days after ordering.
Never use these people as they just don't care! They might be cheap but is it worth the wait?
