I actually thought this website was a scam because they offered the x - Box one $150 cheaper than anyone else. I took the chance because you can pay with Pay Pal that completely covers your transactions. I had my new x - Box one in 5 days and saved over 200.00.

ordered a tablet in december 2012, took money straight away, waited a month after no tablet arrived, emailed them we will send you tracking number did not come, 2 weeks later we have activated a refund still awaiting refund 3 months later after 30 odd emails to them and getting no response

I ordered a tablett Dec 16 which availability was statet "In Stock", money was booked from credit card right away. Order was confirmed.

After christmas I asked why good was still not shipped, web site still showed the tablett "In Stock"!. They replied having delivery problems, it will be sent asap.

On Jan 7 I received an email that deliver status changed to "shipped", but no tracking number or company was named. Of course no package arrived here. Mailed them a few days ago to either give me a tracking number or return my money. No answer in five days! Incredible & no service & absolute no reliability!

They do not even deserve the one star. And by the way, the tablett is still stated "In Stock" on their web page!!!!

--> Just stay away from them!!!!!

I would give no stars at all if I could!

I've ordered tablet on 17Dec.and a month after not receiving it I written

several emails asking a tracking number. Reply was that they are sending it

today(!) 18Jan. and a tracking number will be given. However nothing has

changed for a week. Been fed up at chasing them I asked for refund at least

twice and got a reply "Okay we will refund you." No appology or regret.

Well, I thing they are not a goods store at all but just take your money to

hold on to it and gain interest!

Week and a half after promissed refund my money aren't there!

I ordered a cell phone on a monday, I got it on Thursday, 3 days later! The customer service was very helpful and sounded american on the phone. Most of the negative reviews I saw were from at least a year ago. I'm pretty sure the site is under new management, and any issues were most likely resolved

Placed an order on the 8th Dec for a Sanyo Camcorder which was highlighted as being in stock. Received no updates until the 17th where i was told they didn't have stock of the item i required but did have an alternate colour. I reluctantly agreed on the basis i would receive the item the next day. I did not. Customer services just asked me wait and they would look into it....nothing!

I would not recommend using!

Would have left no stars if i could. Terrible company. Everything on website is a lie, £10 million of stock etc and all they've got is one indian woman working in the 'contact centre', total joke.

All i can say is, stay well clear of this website.

I actually purchased something off the site after it was listed through the Google shopping function. Apparently it was packaged up ready to go but i would doubt it very much. Basically tried to cancel order and have informed credit card company to watch for transactions coming off as i dont trust the company at all.

Phone was also never answered and no emails replied to and i would doubt very much i would have ever received any item.

This is the last time ill be using a website to purchase from which i havent heard of. More hassle than it was worth. Would have had no problem if they say they are not UK based but can provide free delivery or something but it is the lying on the website which is the bad thing. My fault anyway for thinking they may be genuine but the whole thing is a joke once you have a good look at the site.

Also have a look at other reviews, 10 5 star reviews on the same day etc obviously from the same person. Have also yet to see a positive review from a genuine person, even though there has apparenly been over 18000 sales.

The experience actually annoyed me that much that i went to the hassle of writing this review so it dosen't happen to anyone else.

Stay very clear of this company! They take your money very quickly but dont send the goods! I have reported them to my credit card. Customer services is one lady who does not speak very good english.

Decided to take the risk and buy a NZ$2,500 DSLR camera. Got an email straight away confirming the order, then paid by bank transfer that night.Received an email the next day confirming that the order had been processed.The following day received another email saying that the order had been shipped and a UPS tracking number was given. It took 12 hours for the parcel to appear in the UPS system.Five days later the parcel was in the country, on the UPS website it stated that tax and duty needed to be paid on the parcel so gave them a call and paid that by bank transfer.The camera arrived the next day in excellent condition, well packaged, and exactly as advertised.

Was having a few problems choosing where to get my next camera from given the horrendous reviews of the cheapest sites on the web. Finally chose Electronic Megastore.com given their extremely good freedback I would have no hesitation in recommending the company, and if you are at all unsure about what you're ordering then the call back and chat features are an excellent way to be confident about your purchase. If, after all you're not happy, Stuart explained that there's a no quibble 14 day money back guarantee as long as the goods are returned as new. Can't say fairer than that.
