My Gibraltar. Monarch Collapsed

2nd Time Of Useing My Gibraltar .

This is my second time of useing My Gibraltar and I have to say the service was excellent and what I consider at a good price.

The person I delt with Jesica Block was very efficient and pleasent.

Unbelievable Poor Service And Overcharge !!!

After booking with mygibraltar all i have had is very poor service. I want to change my flights and the only way of contact to do this is through the manager by email who does not reply for over a week. Whenever i ring to speak to the manager I am told i cannot speak to him and that he is the only person who can change my flights. I am still waiting for a reply to my emails. I will never ever book with mygibraltar again nor will i reccomend them and their service is disgusting. The flights are for our honeymoon and the stress they have put on me is terrible.

As a company that has been operating to Gibraltar for almost 20 years, we take your comments very seriously. It is of course our aim to provide 100% customer satisfaction at all times and with this in mind, I have investigated your booking and comments with a view to putting right any mistakes that may have been made.

Having looked into this, I can not see any justification for your comments regarding a delay in correspondence. From our records, I can see that my colleague Nick Clout has responded to you at every opportunity with very quick turnaround times in most instances (I am more than happy to post the replies here if you require them). In addition, I can see that much of the delay and confusion with your booking is due to numerous changes and cancellations made by yourself. My colleague Kay that you were originally dealing with acted upon your specific request to book your destination wedding package (not honeymoon flights). However, when you decided to cancel your booking with us, this left us with non-refundable components such as your flights. No other charge was made to you for the time and effort that had already been spent on your booking (we have the thick file of email correspondence to demonstrate this). Nick has worked with you tirelessly to try to accommodate your numerous and changing requests for alternative travel dates and destinations although as I understand it, to date no decision has been made by yourself as you are unhappy to pay the relevant amendment fees charged by the airline and the nominal fee of £25 pp charged by us which is a one-off charge despite the vast number of calls being made by our office to the airline’s premium call numbers on your behalf.

You must also appreciate that there are fixed costs that we incur as a company on your behalf. We can not be held responsible for the fact that your flights were non-refundable and as I said above, we have tried to accommodate your changed plans at every turn.

It gives me no pleasure to say this, however, as far as I can reasonably see, we have acted professionally and in good faith at every stage of your booking (and subsequent cancellation/ changes). We will of course continue to work with you to secure your preferred choice of flights. Once again, as per Nick’s repeated advice to you, early booking of flights is strongly recommended and we cannot be held liable for any fluctuations in fare due to your not booking the lower fares at the time of quote. I do hope we are able to conclude this matter to your satisfaction shortly and would request you to make your decision at the earliest so we may close your file.

Wonderful!!!!

I booked my trip to the Rock Hotel 21 - 28 March through mygibraltar.com which included my flights and Airport transfers and I was amazed at how efficient they were and how they managed to give me everything I asked for at far far less than anyone else had quoted.....thankyou everyone for making this nostalgic trip so special...I will most certainly use this company again...

Would Never Use Again - Unbelieveable Poor Service

"Would NEVER use again"

We used My Gibraltar to organise our wedding in Gibraltar. Their wedding planner can only be described as useless. She ignored emails, avoided answering questions and at times went completely off the radar. She requested the same information from us 3 times, despite confirming receipt of it every time. The worse thing was arriving at the airport to find our 1 year old son hadn't been booked on the flight! We had to go through 45 minutes of pure stress at the airport resulting in us having to book and pay for another ticket for him. My Gibraltar are adamant they booked him on the flight, however they flatly refused to send us proof! They have refunded us for the cost of the flight, which we had to chase up 3 times. We have put in a complaint, but as expected, we have heard nothing!

Would NEVER use again and would definitely not recommend them!
