If the Diet Patch works, I believe it's no more than a placebo effect. You spend the money on them and don't want to think you've wasted all the money so you eat less hoping it will work. I've worn them for a month, gone to the gym 3/4 times a week and eat healthy - nothing lost. Although I'm not over weight, I could still do with losing some excess flab! I've actually put on weight.

Waste of money next time i am going to think twice before purchasing
