After parting with £8,000 and told a pack of lies about time scale's, content, pricing, design etc... These paracites really havent got the first clue when it comes to web design. The whole top layer of the "Management" team are full of $hit. promise you everything and deliver nothing. Do yourself a big favour and stay well clear of these cowboy's.

I was sold a web package by QUANTUM WEB (use to be linesave same management team!!). It should have been all singing and dancing with built in seo, easy to use, online chat, postage calculator etc etc.

1.The online chat feature crashed constantly and was a nightmere to use

2.The seo is the worst i have ever seen and they will not give you access to your file on their server to rectify the problem instead they charge £45+vat per hour

3.The postage calculator is very poor and does not tie in with other postal services

4. They charged me for a design which I HAD DONE ELSEWHERE!!!

They have changed the system they use and i was promised that my system would be upgraded to tabooti.... did they do it NO instead they tried to charge me for the upgrade. The account managers will say anything to get you off the phone. The only good thing about this business is the reception staff. They tried there best. Do not agree to their Terms and conditions as you will stand no chance WHEN they get it wrong.

Quantum web never return your call once you have paid.

If you are going to use this business DO THE FOLLOWING

1. GET EVERYTHING YOU REQUIRE IN WRITING

2. DO NOT SIGN IF THE TASK HAS NOT BEEN COMPLETED

3. ALWAYS GET CONFIRMATION EMAILS

4. DO NOT PAY UP FRONT do a pay as you go account if they wont do this go elsewhere.

5. USE QUANTUM AS A LAST RESORT they are very expensive and not the best by far.

I am currently having another site built due to the poor quailty of the one they supplied. REMEMBER you have the money. You're in control Do not allow this business to take your money in return for nothing YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!

I have such a bad experience with Quantum Web Solutions Ltd. They hosted my one of website with very competitive price. However, they are very unprofessional company that because the template they provided was not compatible with major web browsers, therefore, most of my clients could not see my website. We have told them so many months to fix the probelme but they just ignored our problem. Quantum Web Solutions Ltd is almost scam, they get money, after that they don't do anything. What ever they provide is terrible. Quantum Web Solutions Ltd, I will never recommend anyone to be honest.

Just as the other reviews here, we've been taken for a ride too; we have lost over £6000 in the last 18 months. Collection of nonprofessional, unethical, non-motivated and extremely dishonest bunch of people at LineSave ... avoid at all costs.

I have been using Linesave, now Quantum web services for over a year.

I have a template based ecommerce site,www.petdorado.co.uk, which is rather functional, I like the back end easy-to-use, more or less fool proof build. The pricing is also very competitive to set thing up.

The reason I give so low rating is because the customer care at the company is appaling. Once you paid, that is it. Any problems that you might have won't get addressed for a very long time, or until you shout. I am a very peace-loving person so it takes a lot to make me angry but they managed to achieve that a few times.

Also should you need anything changed on the site at a later point, the additional fees are rather hefty.

Apparently the reasonably priced basic service comes at a price...

They promise lots and then pass the buck. You discuss one thing with them on the phone and see a great demo ecommerce website then receive a quote. You pay your deposit and expect some form of action. Weeks later contact from a different department. You then find out that things they said come as standard and were shown in the demo are not included in what you have bought. Ask for a refund at that point and you get nowhere with claims that the website is almost complete.

The product works and yields search engine results, but the company and staff are amateur at best. I will not be having another site with them, and would not recommend them to a friend.

They over promised the time it will take them to complete the website, but failed to deliver. No one seem to know what is going on and generally they are not helpful.

I was also contacted from Linesave search through a telemarketing call as well. I was given a demonstration of how they focus on search engine optimisation and how they will put me in a favourable position of Google, msn, and yahoo and they would also create a website for me. They charged me £4495 for the website and for search engine optimisation. I was supposed to have full self optimising website. I had the choice of cancelling or if I continue to keep their service they would automatically renew my service and charge my credit card. I had wrote a total of 87 emails to Linesave to correct the website so that customer would get the full information without link errors and they would reply to my email and fix some of the errors but not all. So i continued to email them to fix the problems. However never fixed the situations, never replied back to my emails once it got close to my six months. Because of their lack of professionalism, i requested a refund and they refused because they said they did work however they never completely made a professional and fully operatable website. so i was forced to go the my credit company and dispute the charges i charged for linesaves services and sent my company pages of broke promises they Service was suppose to offer, all the emails of communication i sent to them to have the errors corrected, the letter i wrote to John Peters about their unprofessionalism. This went on for 9 months and i was credited back my money for only £250. These guys still benefited from a broken website. A Couple of months later i recieved a collection notice for almost £7000 with their number to contact. when i called the number A guy answered the phone and explained to me that i owe them the money because they want to get paid the work they done.. Phil threatened me by saying this is going to affect your credit report, any time you want to buy a house, its going to follow you. He explained if I pay the £2990 they will drop the rest of the fees because the fees are lawyer fees and fees they paid to send to collections. So I sent all the documentation of proof back the collection agency to show them i have been ripped off and just awaiting to here back from them. I will let you know how it went. If you have been a victem of the Linesave scam...let me know I am willing to help you out. So if their are other victems out their helps us put these guys away and out of business. They are charging for websites that they do not work and refuse to fix the solutions or refund your money back they will telemarketer phone call you and walk you through a demonstration for seo and helping your site rank on the first page of msn, yahoo, and google. don't get suckered in. they will charge you for seo and will promise to give you first page on google. Be careful... Good luck
