Avoid Microsoft Like The Black Plague - Windows 7
I brought a windows 7 ultimate 32 and 64 bit full versin retail. I have in the past activated it but lately it would not activate so I talk to microsoft technical support and they advised me that the windows 7 ultimate 32 and 64 bit full versin retail can only be activated only a certain amount of time and they won't interested in helping me getting it activated but were more interested in selling me a new licence when i already have a valid licence for my windows 7 ultimate 32 and 64 bit full versin retail.
If i brought a hoover and it went faulty ,I would want it repair.
Don't bother throwing your money towards a microsoft product when then dont, even want to support it properly. Microsoft products are not Value For Money
There is a better solution and it is open source and free. it call linux and you can get a linux server as well.

I Tried Buying A Website Promotion Campaign From M
I tried buying a website promotion campaign from Microsoft Small Business Center (www.microsoft.com/smallbusiness/default.msp). I didn't think it would be much of a hassle, it was a simple online purchase - or this is what I thought, considering my other experiences, but it turns out I was sadly mistaken. When I tried signing in with my Hotmail email address I got an error message of "Invalid Offer". I contacted Customer Service, via phone and online chat and and they couldn't provide an answer. I emailed them and, after a few going back and forth without any useful information for me, the issue was finally escalated. After following the steps that I was told, I managed to log in the account. I filled out all the necessary information and went ahead to purchase the product. When I clicked on the purchase button I got another error message - "Server error". I tried it again and I got the same message. I contacted Customer Support in order to sign up over the phone - they said they cannot do that as they do not have Internet access!!! I emailed their escalations line again with this problem and I was told that the problem will be fixed. I waited a few days and tried logging in again. To my surprise, the campaing was already in my account, but when I tried to click on it to set it up, I was sent to the same page of purchase! Also, in my account there were several charges, which of course I didn't ask for. I contacted again Customer Support. After confirming with their Billing that there were no other charges except the one that I agreed upon, I was transferred to a tech specialist to see how I can set up the campaign. He noticed the same error (duhh!!) and said that he will forward it to their Product Team to see why I cannot set up the campaign. After 2 more days (without receiving any notification that the issue was fixed), I logged in the account and saw that I was finally able to set up my campaign. The entire issue took almost 2 weeks - this HAS to be the longest time someone tried to make an online purchase. Microsoft should really review their services.
