Will at WAC Design was fantastic all the way through the design process, helping make my ideas reality. He took my basic ideas and helped me make something that I am truly happy with. I couldn't recommend them highly enough.

The three main online shopping platforms we looks at we OsCommerce, Magneto and Shopify and the quotes we were given to build a site were a lot more than we wanted to pay. When we rang Wac Design they quoted us for an oscommerce site and the quote wasn't drastically less than the ones we had previously. The major difference is that they took the time to point out and explain that since we only had a handful of products, a simple PayPal integration into a regular website would be more than adequate as long as we didn't plan to expand our range drastically in the near future. So that's what we did at over a third of the cost!

Will did our business cards for us. We had been using some very (ahem) affordable ones obtained from one of the larger outlets that shall remain nameless but it rhymes with 'sister glint' and we were well aware the quality of the cards could have been a lot better. We already had a design in mind so Will did it then and their in his studio. It took about 40 mins so make our design digital and get it off to print and he only charged a small amount. The printing for the cards themselves was £36. Will sent the cards directly to Printing.com whilst we were there. There was no rush so we didn't get priority delivery but the cards arrived at the beginning of the week and they look great so thank you very much :)

Wac Design had a lot of ideas for our new art website and corresponding offline marketing campaign. We started in 2011 but we only had a basic website. No our clients can log in, we can update and curate the site ourselves and of course it just looks a lot better. Thank you very much.

We hired Wac Design for one week. In that week we requested that they sourced content and scheduled it to be posted twice daily on our social media pages. Our company is in the States but Wac did a great job of understanding out business and sourcing and creating really great relevant content that is due to last us nearly 10 months. We haven't reviewed all of it yet so we get to enjoy it when it materializes too! Not bad for a weeks work, so therefore we can highly recommend Wac Design for social media.

He have, and continue to use a variety of creative contractors. When we get very busy we outsource various projects or parts of projects to people / companies like WAC design. What we find is that sometimes these contractors’ invoices will be significantly higher than the figures we originally discussed but this has never been the case with Will with one exception where the job changed significantly and we discussed the fee prior to continuing. It was all very upfront. We’re quite at this time of year but it is highly likely that we’ll be using Wac Design in autumn.

A couple of years ago we helped our daughter out a little when she wanted to start selling jewelry online. My husband found a webdesigner and the price was ok but everything took so long. We would email the guy or ring him and it would take days for him to get back to us sometimes. We called Wac Design to make a website when our daughter got married. The site let people rsvp and view photos and the communication with Will was very good as he was always at the end of the phone and responded to emails very quickly. Most pleased!

We reached out to WAC design after looking at their Behance portfolio. There was some stunning logo design work there from around 2011 and we needed a logo for a GooseHunt event we had coming up. Our only holdup was that Wac Design was based in sunny England and we're over here in Ashburn Virginia. We did all of our communicating via email and Skype. We were a little reluctant to pay everything upfront but they explained why this was necessary for overseas clients and we understood because we felt sort of the same way. So we took the plunge and as you'll see from their portfolio, the logo turned out great, which is more than we can say for the weather on the day of the event but you can't win em all.

You'll think that's an unusual title as for a very positive review but I'll explain why. When I first contacted Wac Design via the contact form on their website we had a good back and forth about our new website and after a few emails I asked what time would be convenient for me to pop round and discuss the website face to face. We arranged a time and I arrived, parked and was a little confused as I was expecting to find an office building whereas instead I found a residential property. I went back to the website on my phone to check I had the right place and I dialed the phone number and spoke to Will who assured me I was in the right place and he came down and let me in. The top floor of the house was the most incredible studio! Wac Design is small (I guess only 2 or 3 man) operation and Will explained that by keeping the studio in the house they could pass a great saving onto the client. That's exactly what they did. I had spoke to several outfits but their estimates were always well over our budget. Wac Design was able to accommodate our budget (almost) and so far we've had an excellent working relationship and I have every confidence that we'll form a great ongoing partnership.

The reason we first rang Wac Design is that we had become tired of our previous consultancies flaws which included taking days to respond to emails, making promises and never following up on them and a general luclustre approach to the business. So far we've had no such problems with Wac Design. They're always there at the end of phone if we need them, they respond to our email very quickly (with the odd exception) and we always deal with the same person. It's still early days but so far we can thoroughly recommend them.

Great communication, really good with deadlines and time frames also. I haven't worked with Wac Design in over year but I'll be getting him (or them as it now is) to do my new business cards and letter heads. What else can I say?

I think the most important thing to emphasise in this review is the work ethic that Will had when we were working with Wac Design. We had lots of ideas, some of them very abstract and complicated. This kind of thing had stumped our previous designer who would frequently say that it couldn't be done. Will would never say that something couldn't be done, he would in some cases just say that it would be challenging, time consuming and ultimately csotly and he would always express his own opinion on the merits and potential pitfalls of our ideas but he was always happy to oblige if we decided to go ahead. What really impressed us was how Will would run away with ideas. We would say something like "what if there was a little animation in the footer" and later he would come back with this fantastic interactive concept. I suppose this would be my only criticism also as sometimes Will's desire to get something perfect would delay a more important part of the project but it wasn't a big issue.

Early in this year we started our business selling honey and candles. We had made several inquiries to various companies to see how they could help us with various aspects of our new venture. When we spoke to Wac Design about the website, we explained that we wouldn't be looking to launch for around six months but they were happy to get started with it, as was the photographer from another company for whom I shall write a separate review. After several delays from our end, we were getting hassled by some of the companies from whom we had sought services but Wac Design was very understanding and let us know that there was absolutely no pressure from their end and just to let them know when we were ready to proceed. We really appreciated that.

It's always difficult to choose a company as it's really important to get it right the first time as getting another team to pick up where the last left off is a nightmare. We know because that's the situation we were in when we first spoke to a person at Wac Design about 6 months ago. The other reviews say it all really but they do everything we need and a little more to boot!

What they do is make sure that we stay on top of our online marketing. We do most of our own social media but Wac Design makes sure that we're looking in the right place for our customers and shows us the best ways to engage with our users. In short, the wedding business is a competitive one and they make ensure that we stay current whilst we do the rest by providing a great service to our customers. It's match made in heaven in that respect!

I think in the end I was a bit of nightmare customer with lots of suggestions, amendments and general hassling (lol) But they were very patient and always made sure that as well as doing it my way, they always showed me an alternate way as well. I was surprised when the invoice came as it was for exactly the same amount that we originally agreed upon. I would of happily paid more (although I didn't say anything at the time lol) Will certainly use again whenever needed!

We needed a website for a restaurant. This company has create one very quickly and has respected all the elements we gave them to do the perfect one. During its creation, the web designer has been listening to our requests and has done all the modifications in a short time. The price is affordable.
