Total Waste of Money

Honestly I have built my own Wix web page and it is preforming way better. Onqanet has never preformed for me, someone hacked the site and sending spam emails to my customers. They would call me to ask me how to make my website preform better? Why am I paying if you don't know? If I pay to build a house I will tell you how I want it to look but if your asking me how to build it so it will work? You might be the wrong guy to give money to. I don't know a lot about web design and they seem eager to help, a lot of money a lot of phone calls! At the moment Im trying to get the site shut down as they asked for more money or they would shut it down. Now after many phone call asking to shut it down as it is bad for my business and not working very well at all it is still up and running? I asked for my domain name that I payed for and they confermed that it was mine as I was paying and if I go I can take it! but no now the want over 500% more then what they payed for it? I would really look into anyone et for this kinda work. I found a guy near me month to month every thing is in my name as domain names is your business and when they start sending out spam and you cant stop it? That's just wrong. Hope this helps!
