The system is well built and may work in theory. You provide lots of info about what you want. The first stage where you get 6 concepts is lethargic. If you request another concept; you get the same but slightly modified. That's it; no originality. There is a definite delay of 4-6 days between every interaction. Despite offering unlimited revisions; most of them are un-needed for you get what you asked for in 3 revisions at-least.

There is another problem; many designers work on your project so you get a haphazard quality product. I had to design my own logo & it took about 9 interactions with 25 days to get a decent one. Sending the final files took 5 days!

I did notify the admin on lack of response & varied output; his reply was a well written "sorry but that's how the system works" kind of reply.

Logonerds is a cheap logo design company; you get what you pay for! You may get the same result on Fiverr for 15$!

Dont use logonerds....

I recommend a client of mine used them and is now being sued by getty images for an image that Logonerds supplied him in his header.

Logonerds has now closed his account and will no longer respond to emails.

If you want to lose £1300+ in legal fees then please use logonerds

What a great and easy experience. I've wanted a custom logo for so long, but thought the process of getting one would be too difficult and too costly to undertake. I'm so happy that this service was user-friendly and inexpensive. Very happy and will definitely be recommending them to friends and business associates.
