I have had 4 different logo projects made by Logobench. They are slow but I always got what I wanted, eventually. However I tried to access one of the projects to download some files again and I couldn't. After talking with them they said basically that my files were "archived" and I would have to pay again to get them. I can't just log into my account and see all my projects? No. They are keeping the files hostage against double charging me. By any definition that's blackmail.

Stay away from them.

I am most impressed with LogoBench.com From my initial phone contact to the professional logo & website design. Everything was done to give me an excellent and professional service, the person I dealt with put the pages together and he listened to what I wanted the pages to look like, he then put his own ideas in the layout and I am delighted with the end result. I therefore have no hesitation in recommending Swift creations to friends and to any-one who needs web pages at a price they can afford.
