I started on a logo design project with them at the end of August. They took 275, did a few renderings, which were great, and then stopped responding. Now, no one answers their phones, but someone will get on a chat window and offer to take your money. Really, just try calling them. They have a great website, and with all the outsourcing they can do, I am surprised they can't honestly make money instead of engaging in this outright thievery. I'd rewrite this review if the situation changes, but I am not hopeful.

They sure were nice and friendly taking my money. Job is not finished. I haven't been able to talk to my job lead (he's not in, he's in a meeting, he is with another customer, etc - all answers within 3 hours of my call). They are now not taking my call by hanging up on me. So I tried Customer Support on their website, I have been bounced around to different support folks with no resolution. Do not put your trust in this company.
