Got off to a good start After augustais confirmation of the understanding of the project (after providing them with the folder and development document) on their side and my confirmation of offering them guidance if needed an agreement/contract was signed concerning the verbal agreement stated on the phone, which was having a instant direct route of communication via skype cell/landline, confirmation of the time and date each millstone will be completed (which was advised on my to construct dates to their

The above agreement was agreed on 5/6/2013

When project began as agreed in the above they seemed confident concerning the understanding of the project via design and development/programming before they took it on board and it was verbally agreed that that there main focus should be on design design/html css and page functionality of the website as stated in the above millstone (folder I provided to them was laid out accurately in the page order I intended the website to be with all the relative modules and plugin needed for them to construct site)to gain an accurate understanding of the website page functionally/navigation so programming/Development of project will be much easier

They were asking about development/programming of the project of the project when there main focus should be on the first millstones

We would have the same discussion about the first millstones in numerous website even doe they confirmed they understood the simplicity of how first it was accurately laid out in the folder before they took project on-board (basically confirming they understand how I want design)

after the 20th of June 2013 there were numerous occasion were I was trying to get in contact with them via skype cell/landline number they provided to me (which was confirmed most adequate for both parties) and even on odesk, to confirm everything was being completed accurately as confirmed to their understanding and make-sure that we have a firm platform for us to address any confusion (even doe they confirmed there understanding) quickly and efficiently. But I didn’t receive a response from them until the 27th of june 2013 with the head of the company with he’s excuse being he was injured

Not following instruction as accurately set out even doe confirming they understand the first millstone of the project. showing me different designs examples after discussing and giving them a firm fixed example of how I want design of each section concerning the first millstone to be as accurately laid out in the folder I shared them which was organised in the page functionality the website should be in and once again was confirmed they understood previously in numerous occasions)

Still didn't have an direct contact (via skype or phone) for them up until 4th of July with them confirming they will be providing daily report to me concerning the progression of the of the project

Also when asked in two occasions why I couldn’t get to him he stated that there was an issue with the number he provided to me and also he has been on skype (which appeared false on my side) he opted to delete and re add me but still hasn’t appear online apart from one occasion since the 4th july 2013

On the 11th of july2013 as agreed in the above millstones first millstone was not completed
