Continued Exceptional IT Support

We have been using UnlimitedWebHosting for around 8 years. Occasionally we have had technical issues which we anticipate from time to time. Some caused by ourselves and others outside of our control. What differentiates UWH is the responsiveness that we get from the support team. We always receive a swift response and the support team are always keen to get us back up and running as quickly as possible.

Recently we had some 'user' issues on our side where we lost some databases and a website (careless I know), but the support team were able to guide us through recreating the databases so that we could restore from backup. Within a day we were back in business.

A particular strength of the team is that they are incredibly patient and happy to break down issues into a language that is easily understood by someone with little or no IT experience. Also, it rarely matters if it isn't a single support person managing our issue as the support system contains the full history and exchange dialogues for the next support person to quickly understand and pick up fixing the issues.

Having worked in IT for over 25 years, some of this time managing IT Service Desks, I can say that I would have been proud to have the UWH service desk as part of my team. So thank you all for your continued support.
