We lost Outlook and email access on Sunday and it was only restored on Wednesday afternoon, felt pretty isolated during this lockdown period. The fault was with their server rather than our set up. Luckily I am not a business user, if I were I would be spitting feathers. The level two techs got on the ball and made several adjustments to their server set up, makes me wonder why have a level one?
Still it all ended up with a fixed service but only after me giving a deadline after witch I was going to cancel and go to another company. So in short they NEED to speed up their tech support.
My choice as to recommending the company is based on them getting their act together.
