JustHostMe have completed the server migration of our website from France to London. However, they neglected to tell me the new details for the mail server before they completed the switch. Therefore the emails that they sent to inform me that the migration was complete were not received by me; furthermore the email (which I finally read this morning, 5 days later) did not contain the new mail server name.
I have now worked it all out but not before I 'lost' crucial information.
