Yes I made the mistake of forgetting to renew my hosting package in time as I was away on holiday for 2 weeks. I renewed and expected my account to be instantly available! however, after speaking to support on livechat I was informed that an 'any hosting plan which has expired for more than 7 days will take a few hours to reactivate fully' hmmm! wasn't happy. After 2 hours it was back up again and yes I could get into the cpanel but think it could have been done quicker people!!
