Get it done

Not being very technical and old to boot, I often don't know the exact terms I need to refer to the problem I have. Your staff are second to none, being polite, friendly and always helpful. They wade through the conversation and decipher the solution without unnecessary time and with complete confidence.

I can still speak to real people and get sound advice which is such a bonus as most other companies are website or email only. Easyspace are still the best after being onboard for getting on for 20 years and hearing so many reports about other companies, I am glad I chose Easyspace after a recommendation from a friend.

One little complaint is the times I get emails for instance advertising new domain names, I know its necessary but they could be limited a little or more specifically targeted so they seem more relevant.

The accounting is good and accurate, I like the auto renewal system. Costs are at a very reasonable level,I have more than 5 domain names and lots of different services, perhaps established customers could get a bonus or a discount when purchasing new services.
