Didn't like being on hold so long, but it was worth the wait because the guy who helped me was so friendly, patient and knowledgeable. He resolved the main issue, still waiting though for a callback with advice on purchasing further services. Staff are a company's most valuable asset, trite but true - and I hope their pay and working conditions match their high level of customer care. Keep up the good work Easyspace.
