Well, I recently purchased a Dedicated Server from EasySpace. Payment was taken, and an automatic e-mail advised me I would be recieving my details within 24 hours.

As you can probably guess, this didn't happen. So begins my first correspondance with their support department, who, after 6 hours, advise me it'll be setup within another 24 hours. Needless to say, 24 hours passed and nothing happened.

To cut a long story short, I'm now on the 6th day with no service thus far, and have just submitted yet another ticket to their not-so-speedy support department. I will be cancelling the so-called contract of service at the end of the day if no server has been setup.

My advice, currently, is to go with 1&1 or UKFast. From experience, these guys blow Easyspace out of the water.
