I have had a member of Domain express help me today. we used Team viewer. The problem was solved very quickly. My only regret is that the problem i had is a recurring with Mac mail and I would have liked the expert to have talked me though what he did so I could deal with it next time it occurs because I have no doubt it will happen again because Mac Mail is such an unstable email client. I do need to use it though as it's compatible with and works well throughout the apple devices I work with. So I have to stick with it.

Good to know that your issue was fixed quickly through remote support to save your time, however we appreciate your concerns and will send you complete settings for mac mail through a separate email so you could also do the changes

I have been hosting with Domain Express for over a year now and have not had any issues. Their support and customer service is excellent, which is why I decided to move all my domains and hosting to them. Thanks DomainExpress!!!

helpful support, I'm very happy with Chat Support. Tickets Support were not sorted for 2 weeks: no reply and Tickets were still Opened. Engineer working as a Chat Support man got problem sorted for me on-live chat. Better idea was not to use Tickets Support (surprised I did it in a past, solved very quickly). Yes - I'm happy about your service.

Even before we placed our order, we had A LOT of questions and very limited rusted knowedge on domain registration, hosting packages and website building. All our queries were answered immediately thanks to their live online support assistant. Email communication was also great prior to signing up and once we had paid our ivoice we had immediate access to our domain and the Unlimited Hostng Package. The only reason I cannot give full marks is because we encountered a problem with the website builder, which may not have been their fault, but on this ocassion they were slow to deal with it and this set us back from having a really professional looking site for a few months. It was actually a friend who suggested using a different site builder (WordPress) which Domain Express also provided in their Unlimited Hosting Package and once again they were more than happy to answer all our questions before we started using it. They even helped us move it all when we built it on a subdirectory rather than the main one. Would certainly recommend this company and commend them on their excellent service. We're so pleased we've bought a second Unlimited Hosting Package with them for a seperate project. Keep up the good work!
