I've been fobbed off for over two months now after reporting downtime throughout the day for one of my client accounts on a reseller account.

Anywhere from 5 - 10 outages a day.

When it's reported I'm assured that technical support are looking into it, while the outages continue.

Technical support at Cloud Next was excellent in previous years.
