We've been using 34sp since 2014 and at one point went elsewhere due to poor site speed in Wordpress, only to find other hosting companies having similar problems but far worse support! We then returned to 34sp and have been really pleased with their helpfulness on support and willingness to move an issue up to a more experienced engineer to investigate.

Their new Wordpress hosting package is very quick and I would recommend anyone to try this out.
