1 and 1 has to be one of the worst providers of email I have ever encountered; I rely on using 1and1 to send emails to my clients and as a recruitment business it is pivotal clients received the CV's we send out as soon as possible. Over the past few months I seem to be contacting 1and1 on a weekly basis and even as I type this I have spent 15.42 seconds talking to 3 different support consultants who cannot assist me but tell me that there is a fault with 1ann1 servers and this is affecting emails being sent from their servers. I would urge any 1and1 customers to switch providers or if you are looking for a reliable company to use AVOID 1and1 at all costs, they will cause you frustration as well as loss of business/revenue.
