I rang today to discus my mothers bill which I believed to be incorrect. The lady I spoke to quickly identified a possible error and requested a meter check. We arranged that she should ring back at an agreed time to enter the reading and rectify the bill. The call was on time and the assistance she gave could not have been better. Once everything was agreed and arrangements made for a refund I was left with the impression that the lady have gone the extra mile to sort the problem and was a credit to the company.
