If it's maintenance free Why have I got to pay £90 just to find out if it can be, water has almost stopped flowing through it, twin Tec want £90 just to have a look then it could be scraped, friends have had other makes a lot longer without any problems, right now No not impressed .

Our softener's do require little maintenance and do not need annual servicing. Unfortunately you have experienced a fault with your softener and this would require the attention of an engineer.

I have had a softener for 10 years now salt is being used excessively and water continue to run into the drain.
