About a month or so before Christmas I had a water powered Monarch Solo fitted. Within a couple of weeks it became apparent that there was a fault with the softener. I phoned my Monarch supplier there was no quibbling, within a day and a half their fitter was at my house he said "Yes there is a problem". there was no discussion about replacing bits,2 days later a new softener was delivered the day after that the replacement softener was fitted. I am more than pleased with my "Solo" because my old softener used to take 56lbs of salt a month, this machine uses a fraction of that. The supplier and the machine have excelled themselves.
