The service from Hawker Softeners and Kinetico was outstanding from start to finish. Very informative initial survey, arranged within a day of making the initial enquiry, taking on board all my concerns. Installation within a week of the survey, carried out efficiently and again going the extra step to accommodate my particular needs. Cannot recommend Hawker Softeners highly enough, a very efficient and friendly family run company. The product itself has been running for a week without trouble so far, very compact and easy to use.
