Having lived in Old Harlow for the last 4 years, friends of ours referred us to Hawkers Softeners regarding our supplied hard water and limescale. We contacted Hawkers and were really impressed by the man's swift response and visit to give us a fair and competitive quote without being exploited (and no hidden costs). We experienced a very professional, confident and honest sales pitch with all questions answered without wasting time. He really takes pride in their work and is a great representative of Hawkers Ltd. Installation booking was seamless. The installer was on time, very friendly and relaxed, professional and went over and above our expectations. Work was done without fuss and to a very high standard. A very approachable and relaxed plumber, who knows his trade and great at problem solving - he made everything fit within the confined space! And made sure everything was cleaned up afterwards. Once everything was installed, the installer did a handover and gave us further advice. The difference in the water is clearly noticeable. Hawkers is clearly making sure of clients' satisfaction.
