I like the fact that it just gets on with its job without attention other than a dose of salt now and again.
Just one practical point: We wish there was a indicator of when more salt is needed; perhaps a red area down the box where the salt goes to show that it's time to put more salt in. The first time we put fresh salt in too early and then the lid would not close; so we had to take it out again.
But this is a small detail.
We do find our kettle soon shows signs of scale. But when we teat the water we get a green result. So not to worry; doubtlees we are expecting too much.
My wife did reply to you that she found your washing powder did not dissolve properly.
But again, no worry; She uses washing liquid and finds it now need less
thanks to the soft water.

We look forward to continued service from the softener.
