Brilliant service, brilliant product, terrific price

We ordered a Harvey Water softener because everything was getting furred up! Taps, shower, kettle, dishwasher, washing machine were all limed, and we had no idea how bad the central heating was because we couldn't see inside the tank or the radiators.
The Harvey's guys came out, talked us through the product and what it does, make sure we were clear about the installation and the price. We ordered and the softener is now installed. Installation was really painless. The engineer arrived on time, did exactly what was required despite some tricky floor levels and access issues, and left. He was polite and really efficient. We've now got soft water and it's just bliss. A little bit of soap goes a long way, and nothing is furred up. We're delighted with the product, the service and the price!
