Got the water softener more than 18 months back and a water leak damaged the kitchen cabinet within one year . They promised to replace the cabinet. Its been 6 months and they have not come back to me . I called them several times and they promised to get back which they haven't done till now . It's a shame that a company like them don't bother to even call back. Will never advice my friends to buy from them
