I bought a softener as I was fed up of the ugly lime scale and constant cleaning of appliances. The softener has exceeded expectations. The shower door, kettle and taps are all sparkling clean and need little/no cleaning. An added bonus is I am using much less body lotion and handcream. The fact that I bought a Harvey's Softener has only made the process really easy and pleasurable. From the sales person who explained everything so clearly to the plumber that came to fit it the experience has been a joy. Thank you.
