Having wanted a softener for many years I finally took the plunge. Harveys were fantastic throughout ... from the demonstration, quotation, install and after sales service they just make it easy. There is no pressure sale and focus is correctly on this as an investment in your home. I'm really pleased with the results and it really makes a difference in the quality of water ... and so far not eating through too much salt which is a bonus!
I'd reccommend a softener to anyone and Harvey's, whilst not the cheapest out there, delivered an exceptional customer experience. Thanks HWS.
