We installed the aquabion unit in our newly built home 2 years ago and within a year, we are back to square one with hard water and limescale. I contacted the company and they sent me a “kettle test” which involves assessing the degree of residue in your kettle. I mentioned the product failed this kettle test and received no response for a few months. I finally followed up myself and was told I needed to send images of the failed kettle test. So now I am stuck for another month to prove that I have excess limescale despite the product. They do not have engineers to come out and test water hardness; which in my opinion, would be the sensible thing to do if you treat water for a living! Very very disappointed. Definitely would not recommend the product or the service.
