Absolutely fantastic refurbishment carried out on my Tag Heur Calibre 16. Took a week or so longer than anticipated but, that was down to Tag being a bit slow in send out replacement part. My watch looks as good as the day I bought it. Very reasonable price too. Many thanks

Very pleased with this company. I hate sending my watch away for a battery change, but they make it as painless as possible. Quick response to my request for a quote, emailed to let me know it had arrived, and other email to let me know precisely when to expect it (so I could make sure I didn't miss the postman) and it was back with me exactly a week after leaving my wrist.

After being quoted £169 from Breitling just to replace the battery in my B1. I looked around for a better price. I then found these guys and sent both my watches in together for batteries. They were great, nearly half the price and that's for two watches. Great communication, excellent service and an even better price. Very happy and will be using them again.

I have a Emergency Brietling which required a new battery which would have cost double with Brietling direct Within 5 days it was sent returned and looking brand new when I got it back Fantastic

I sent my Breitling B2 for a repair and refurbishment, I honestly thought I had got the wrong watch back - it was like a brand new watch. Faultless service and great communication, even got back to me on a Sunday when I sent an email. Can not recommend Watch Repair UK highly enough.

This is the second time I used this person's service - this time it was my Zenith El Primero 36'000 VpH. The movement has literally fallen apart with elements being visibly detached (unknown reason). Anyway, this man took his time to repair the watch to perfection. The watch runs to perfect precision with electronic world clock (not even +/-1 sec). He has not charged anything extra though the repair has taken several months (understandably considering the damage the watch sustained). Anyway, I could not recommend him enough and even aside from this being a repair watch business, it's just so refreshing to see that there are still people who take pride in what they are doing, they are doing the job to an excellent standard and don't have an urge to squeeze last penny from a customer. As long as this place is open, I will service my watches only with this man.

Another fantastic service! repaired my beloved Tag Heuer Carrera calibre 1887 that had an awful damage in the most awkward of places on the case. Crown replaced with a substantial original and brilliantly fitted in a complex automatic chronograph movement with a column wheel! Amazing team and great head watchmaker. I had an issue with two indexes coming away from the dial which Panzera agreed to sort out FOC despite the time piece being 2 years out of warranty. After some consideration it was decided best to replace the entire dial...again FOC :). First class craftsmanship by him and his team, the watch looks great and is keeping excellent time...much credit to Watch Repair UK and Panzera for all their efforts !

Quick, professional and very thorough service and communication throughout.

First thing is, this took about 5 or 6 weeks to get done, but the delay is down to breitling and them releasing spare parts, im told. However when i got the watch back after the full service, i found that not only had he fixed the loose rotor inside but had rebuilt the watch and even polished the bezel and relaid all the lume which had fallen off the dial. It's been dealt with in an exceptional manner, you can tell as soon as you look at the watch, and as timekeeping goes, mine was losing 10 minutes a day, now its perfect to what appears to be chronometer COSC specs. Would recommend, and i will say for the quality of service, its a total bargain.

My Tag's crown had fallen off and having spoken to a few official Tag stores in London it was going to cost a lot and also have to require a few servicing which I didn't want. Watch Repair Team were extremely helpful and understood what I wanted. They replied instantly to my emails and were very quick and efficient. Having received my watch back today I am very happy with it and i had no issues whatsoever, what more the price was extremely reasonable too. Will definitely be returning and recommending in future!
