In the past I have always taken my watch into a jewellers for battery replacement, servicing etc. This time however - after doing a bit of research - I decided to use a postal service from the Watch GP. After I posted my watch I wondered if I had done the right thing! I was very pleased when I received an immediate phone call when the watch was received, followed by phone calls and e mails informing me what was wrong with it. I paid on my card and received my well wrapped watch the next day. The whole process completed in less than a week. Good service. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

I recently required a new battery in my Ebel watch and was didn't want to get it sent away for weeks like usual. Jewelers tend to not have the experience, tools or training to work on watches of this quality so send them to the manufacturers for weeks on and an a small fortune! I decided that I would do a bit of research online to see who else could do the job for me. I was recommended by a friend to search The Watch GP and was very impressed by their website. I filled in the online enquiry form and within hours had been contacted by a member of their team. The staff member certainly knew their stuff and I decided that I'd give them a go. I received a call when they'd received my watch and another later that day to say all the work was completed. To my surprise the watch arrived back to me Special Delivery the next day in full working order, resealed and all cleaned up too. Overall, I would certainly recommend contacting The Watch GP for any watch needs; I know I will again!
