Washing gets hardly wet, you carnt see water swishing.

After 3 months started leaving mucky marks on bedding. Complained and was told to use tub clean facility. Still does it. Trying to replace it with one that can actually clean a decent load. Ment to be 9kg works best with 3kg in.

Looks and sounds good on sales literature.

Looks the part but sadly not worth the space in the kitchen.

Will never buy an LG product again. Washing machine worked great at first, then broke down just before Xmas, after less than 3mths LIGHT usage (once a week tops? we have an older machine so only use this one for baby items & delicates). Engineer took over a week to come out, finally appeared for 5mins on new year's eve at 7:30pm! Said we would have to wait 2-3wks for new part. It's been 5wks and counting. Apparently DHL have been unable to deliver to the engineer for the past 20 days because no one was in?!? Also JPM contracts expect you to write in to them to complain, how pathetic is that. Some of my baby's dirty clothes will no longer fit her - she's 4mths old now - once they've finally been washed. Thanks LG for a great Xmas and NY stressing out over dirty piles of laundry around the house.
