Beko WM5100W Washing Machine

ive had this machine from new for 3 years.

Every few months the pump becomes blocked and needs sorting out. When this happens the machine pauses for ages and sounds like its stuck mid program.

A 40 or 60 degree wash takes up to 4 hours to complete which often means most of the day has gone by the time i get it out. During this time it sits doing nothing for ages which baffles me.

i have 2 young children and need to do 1-2 loads a day in a very small drum so its not ideal for families.

The 30 min wash function is only ideal for refreshing half a load of washing.

In the past ive had to reset the program 5 times before it would spin and drain which ruined a new pair of jeans.

The washing often comes out smelling and looking dirtier than it went in with grease marks on tshirts, despite often cleaning the drum and doing an empty wash.

This machine takes far too long, is too small and probably costs me a fortune having to re wash things over and over. I will be replacing for a different brand in the next few weeks.
