I ordered a North Face XL Duffel bag in early March with the expectation as stated on the website of a 3-5 day delivery time. There was no indication that the item was out of stock. After many many emails and phone calls (I can only get a recorded message on the phone) I have had zero contact from the company to advise the status of my order. Very very disappointing, Exploreoutdoors customer service is appalling. If I used the same customer service ethos in my business I would have gone bust a long time ago! I will not be ordering from this company again, which is there loss as I run a very large exploration company and was looking for a new supplier for our expedition baggage.
