I once read that you get what you pay for when it comes to VoIP however yay has proven that phrase to be wrong. We have been looking for a suitable VoIP/PBX provider for sometime but found for our budget that many of them lacked the desired features we need. We tried a leading competitor in the market but found what they had to offer and their system, very basic and old fashioned. I then discovered yay who allowed us to have multiple numbers each with their own IVR/voice prompt along with advanced call routes and groups. As an added bonus they offered free call recording which as a manager has become really useful on many occasions. We have been so impressed with yay and what they have to offer that we have brought our project to move this throughout our company forward (which is something that never happens here) Due to their low price tag i was concerned about their customer service and call quality however so far both have been exceptional, again coming in front of competitors who charge twice as much if not more I would really recommend this company to anyone whether big or small who wants a powerful (or basic) IVR/VoIP system. Their control panel makes things really easy and simplistic to set up (unlike our previous provider)
