Praise needed for your support tech.

Hello,

I wanted to recommend one of your support technicians.

He took my call yesterday when i called in and handle the situation personally, we found a glitch in the softphone apps, and we was able to mend this and he didn't take his eye of the goal, allowing me to suggest feature requests, also did not run through pre-written scripts and personally treated me at my higher technical level.

As my company revolves around being able to take support calls, this was a tremendous feeling to know other companies supply the same level of enthusiasm to support.
